Klavírista | Skladatel

Michal Šupák is a Czech pianist and composer. He studied the classical and jazz piano at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. He learned from the top Czech jazz figures such as Jiri Slavik or David Doruzka, took masterclasses led by Dan Tepfer, Rory Stuart or Doug Hammond. His focus is divided between jazz, classical and electronic music. He is touring Europe with his band Noisy Pots or plays solo recitals. With his piece Night Train he won The Pianist of The Year 2014 contest in Prague.
